She has only owned it for a year and a half, but entertainer Selena Gomez is already listing her three-acre Calabasas estate for $4.5 million, Variety reports. The 23-year-old former Disney star has had to make several 911 calls after some intruders tried to make their way onto her property. At least one was arrested on felony charges.
The 7,786-square-foot house has five bedrooms and five full bathrooms. There is also a guest house on the property.
Gomez purchased it in March 2014 for $3.69 million.
