Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills is the second-most expensive rental space location in the country, according to a global market report from Cushman & Wakefield.
Fifth Avenue in New York was the priciest in the brokerage’s ranking. Rodeo Drive was followed by San Francisco’s Union Square.
Average monthly retail rent on Rodeo Drive is $72.91 a square foot, compared with $250 a square foot on Fifth Avenue and $58.33 a square foot for Union Square.
The three-block Rodeo Drive has a lineup of renowned retailers such as Tiffany & Co., Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton, Goyard, Cartier, Ralph Lauren, Versace and Vera Wang.
