Los Angeles video game developer Riot Games has acquired Radiant Entertainment in the Bay Area, the companies jointly announced Wednesday.
SoCalTech reported that financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, but Radiant will continue to work on its first title, “Stonehearth,” a town-building simulation game to be played with friends.
Radiant will discontinue work on another title, “Rising Thunder,” freeing it up to start work on another game as part of Riot.
