The Hollywood Reporter says that pop superstar Rihanna has founded her own beauty and stylist talent agency called Fr8me.

The Los Angeles firm, whose managing partner is Benoit Demouy, formerly of the agency Tracey Mattingly, already represents Rihanna’s makeup artist Mylah Morales; actress Taraji P. Henson’s wardrobe stylist Jason Bolden, and actress Jada Pinkett Smith’s hairstylist Marcia Hamilton.

The firm will help makeup artists book ad campaigns, commercials and red carpet work.
