Regal Shares Rise on Potential Sale

Shares of Regal Entertainment Group, the largest domestic theater circuit in the United States, rose in after-hours trading Monday after the company announced it had retained the investment bank Morgan Stanley to help it explore “strategic alternatives” that might include a sale of the company, the New York Times reports.
