Refinery Safety Meeting in Torrance

Torrance has been chosen by CalEPA as one of four locations for public workshops to be held this month to talk about enforcing more stringent refinery regulations in light of the February explosion at ExxonMobil’s Torrance refinery, the Daily Breeze reports. A meeting is scheduled for Dec. 16.
