Redstone Settlement Talks Underway

The legal team representing former Viacom Inc. Chief Executive Officer Sumner Redstone has quietly started settlement talks to stave off possible negative effects a trial set to begin May 6, Bloomberg reports. The 92 year-old’s mental competency is being questioned in a case brought by former companion Manuela Herzer as his health care agent.
