Redstone Ordered to Testify

Sumner Redstone must give brief testimony in the trial over his mental competency. According to KPCC, a judge ruled Monday that the testimony could be given in the home of the ailing controlling shareholder of CBS Corp. and Viacom Inc. It would be videotaped, to avoid a public spectacle.
