Redbury Hotel Sold for $41M

The Redbury Hotel near Hollywood and Vine has sold for $41 million to a company owned by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, The Los Angeles Times reports. The over-the-top hotel that is at 1717 Vine St., will continue to be managed by hotelier Sam Nazarian’s company SBE.
