Rate Hiked

The Federal Reserve Open Markets Committee lived up to expectations Wednesday by raising the benchmark fed funds rate from zero to 0.25 percent. It’s the first increase in nine years, Bloomberg reports. But the Fed signaled it could raise rates by a quarter point four more times next year.
