A Sepulveda Pass rail tunnel paid for by an increased sales tax measure will likely go before voters this fall. The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transit Authority is expected to announce Friday that the tunnel is one of the agency’s top-priority projects, according to the Los Angeles Daily News.
