Murray Weissman, a veteran publicist and co-founder of North Hollywood’s Weissman/Markovitz Communications, died Tuesday of pancreatic cancer, Yahoo News reports. He was 90. Weissman was known for his work on a host of Oscar campaigns and for celebrity clients, including Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland and Steven Spielberg. He was featured in the Business Journal’s Eight Over 80 feature in 2010.
