Ports Dispute to Have Small Impact on Economy

A new forecast has found that the economic impact of last month’s labor standoff between shipping companies and dock workers at California ports will be small, the Los Angeles Times reports. The study indicates that the resulting backlogs caused slightly slower economic growth in California for a few months.
