Scottsdale, Arizona’s Kahala Brands, which owns Cold Stone Creamery, announced Monday it will acquire Santa Monica frozen yogurt chain Pinkberry Inc., CNBC reports.
Pinkberry, which was founded in 2005, is now in more than 20 countries.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
