Century City investment firm Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors announced Thursday that its partnership with Tulsa, Okla. oil and gas company Casillas Petroleum Corp. has paid $106 million for certain oil and gas assets, including an interest in 260 producing wells owned by Oklahoma City’s Chesapeake Energy Corp. in the South Central Oklahoma Oil Province play.

Investment firms Solace Capital Partners of West L.A. and Angeleno Group of Century City announced Monday that they had led a growth capital round for Wilmington environmental services provider Patriot Environmental Services. The company will use the proceeds to expand service offerings, increase geographic reach, and fund strategic acquisitions. Further financial details were not disclosed.
