Parking Reform In the Works

An L.A. lawmaker has proposed a “Parking Bill of Rights” to make parking in California “more fair and affordable.” Put forth by Assemblyman Mike Gatto, it would provide “relief from unjust citations” for motorists, according to KTLA.
