Oil Firm Reactivates Wells Near School

An oil company has reactivated wells across the street from an Arlington Heights environmental studies academy. According to the Los Angeles Times, Freeport-McMoRan restarted the wells after some local residents tried to invoke a rule that said idle wells had to be plugged.
