Workers on the Westside will be bracing for long traffic delays as President Obama returns to Los Angeles today for more big ticket fundraisers. He will be in Bel Air tonight for a fundraiser at the home of Disney Studios Chairman Alan Horn, reports Deadline Hollywood.
