Netflix To Put Pause On Movie Releases

Netflix Inc. will not be releasing two films produced by Relativity Media LLC on its streaming platform ahead of their expected theatrical release, The Wall Street Journal reports. A bankruptcy judge issued an order forbidding Netflix to release two new movies, “Masterminds” and “The Disappointments of Room,” saying a premature debut could prove “devastating” for the studio that is still recovering from bankruptcy.
