In Thursday morning trading, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was rose 38 points, or less than a half percent, to 13,203.
The Nasdaq was up 17 points, or one-half percent, to 3,048.
The S&P 500 was up nearly 5 points, or less than a half percent, to 1,410.
The LABJ Stock Index was unchanged at 137.
