More Water Restrictions Coming

Golden State? Maybe more like light brown. California water regulators have ordered water agencies statewide to restrict how often customers can water lawns, the Sacramento Bee reports. Expect neighborhoods to look a lot less green when the new rules take effect in about 45 days.
