A newly released environmental report for a skyscraper that is proposed to be built near Hollywood’s famed Capitol Records building is revealing more details about the project, Curbed Los Angeles reports.
The building, which was initially planned for 21 stories, is now proposed to be 32 and consist of one and two-bedroom residences as well as hotel rooms.
Retail, restaurant and commercial space is also part of the proposal for the project that would be built by developers Riley Realty.
Construction could begin in 2017.
