Los Angeles Lags in Downtown Job Growth

For the first time in several decades cities across the country are seeing job growth in their downtown areas. But Los Angeles is an exception, KPCC reports, citing findings from a report by think tank City Observatory based on a review of census data between 2002 and 2011.
