L.A. Halts Review of DWP Nonprofits, Cites Lack of Cooperation

An audit to determine what two controversial Department of Water and Power nonprofit trusts did with more than $40 million in public money has ground to a halt, and Controller Ron Galperin’s office blames a lack of cooperation from leaders of the nonprofits, City Hall sources told the Los Angeles Times.
