L.A. Business Groups Brace for Another Legislative Defeat

City Council appears likely to approve Mayor Eric Garcetti’s proposal to hike the minimum wage for all workers in Los Angeles to $13.25 by 2017, leaving the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and other business groups bracing for another in a string of losses, the Los Angeles Times reports.
