Kraft and Heinz Merging to Form Food Giant

Maxwell House Coffee, Heinz Ketchup and Jell-O will soon be in the same family as Kraft Foods Group Inc. and H.J. Heinz Co. have announced they will merge, forming the world’s fifth largest food and beverage company, the Wall Street Journal reports. The deal is backed by Warren Buffett and 3G Capital Partners.
