Judge Says City National Overcharged Employees

Los Angeles’ City National Bank charged its employees improper fees to manage their retirement savings, a federal judge has ruled. According to the Los Angeles Times, the bank must account for all fees paid by the retirement plan to the bank between 2006 and 2012, and may have to repay those funds.
