JPMorgan, Citigroup Among Banks Fined $3 Billion

British, American and Swiss regulators fined five of the world’s biggest banks a combined $3.3 billion today for conspiring to manipulate foreign currency markets, the New York Times reports. American banks JPMorgan Chase and Citigroup were among the fined banks.
