The U.K. Broadcaster ITV topped off a year of acquisitions by investing in Venice’s Zealot Networks, a digital media startup founded by Danny Zappin, who was chief executive of Maker Studios before he was ousted prior to the company’s acquisition by Disney in March, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.
