New Horizons
As vice president of employment services at New Horizons, Mareat Baboomian oversees programs supporting more than 800 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their career pursuits. Under her 15-year tenure, the department has nearly doubled in size, expanded into new locations, and deepened partnerships with over 150 Southern California employers. Baboomian has modernized operations and implemented staff mentoring initiatives, ensuring the organization scales effectively while maintaining its core mission of client support.
