Huntington Beach Says No to Alcohol Restrictions

The Huntington Beach City Council decided against placing additional restraints on new downtown bars and restaurants that serve alcohol despite having supported the notion months before as a solution to cut down on rowdy behavior, including vandalism, in its downtown area, the Los Angeles Times reports.
