The legal team at L.A.’s Herbalife is escalating its battle with Bill Ackman and his Pershing Square Capital Management, Fox Business News reports.
Herbalife’s lawyer wrote a letter to OTG Research Group, Pershing Square’s outside research firm, demanding it cease contacting former and current Herbalife employees as a way to obtain confidential and proprietary information.
