Herbalife Could Pay Trade Regulators $200 Million

Talks between Herbalife and the Federal Trade Commission have reached an advanced stage, according to the Los Angeles Times. The nutritional supplement maker could pay up to $200 million to settle a two-year dispute over its business practices.
