G.M. to Pay Victims in Parts Case

General Motors will fully pay anyone who can prove they were hurt in a crash connected to the defective ignition switches that led to the automaker recalling 2.59 million vehicles, the attorney in charge of paying claims declared. G.M. may spend billions to make good on the expected claims, Bloomberg said.
