Fred Hayman, the stylish entrepreneur whose vision transformed a nondescript Southern California street into one of the world’s pre-eminent fashion districts, earning him the nickname, “Godfather of Rodeo Drive,” has died at age 90, reports the AP. Hayman opened the shopping street’s first luxury boutique, Giorgio Beverly Hills, in 1964.
