A Frank Lloyd Wright house in Brentwood will be auctioned next month and is expected to sell for $2.5 million to $3 million, reports the New York Times.
The so-called George Sturges House is 1,200 square feet, has four rooms and is perched on a hillside. The wood-and-brick house was built in 1939.
Los Angeles Modern Auctions is facilitating the house’s sale and is auctioning off accompanying furniture separately. Proceeds from the auction will benefit Bridges-Larson Foundation, a nonprofit that supports creative endeavors.
