Feds Spy on Cell Phones From Above

The Department of Justice is sifting through the cell phone data of suspected criminals — as well as innocent Americans — by flying over the country with small planes outfitted with devices called “dirtboxes” that mimic cell phone towers, sources told the Wall Street Journal.
