Southern California is out, Nevada is in. Lawmakers in the latter state have successfully wooed Faraday Future, the electric carmaker which hopes to become Tesla’s biggest rival, according to the Associated Press. To attract the company, Nevada will offer $215 million in tax credits and abatements, and publicly finance $120 million in infrastructure improvements at an underdeveloped industrial park in the City of North Las Vegas.
According to the AP, Faraday hopes to break ground on a factory in January.
