Dow, S&P Rise

In Wednesday morning trading, the Dow Jones industrial average climbed 67 points, or 0.4 percent, to 15,685.

The Nasdaq dropped 16 points, or 0.4 percent, to 3,923.

The S&P 500 ticked up 2 points, or 0.1 percent, to 1,765.
