County Launches $61 Million Health Plan for Uninsured

Los Angeles County has initiated a $61 million program called My Health L.A. to provide access to a primary care physician for almost 150,000 residents who are uninsured, including many who are ineligible for Obamacare because they lack legal immigration status, the Los Angeles Times reports.
