Charter, Time Warner Cable Merger Proceeds

The proposed merger between Charter Communications Inc. and Time Warner Cable Inc. got the green light on Tuesday. According to Bloomberg, an administrative law judge recommended California regulators approve the deal, although U.S. authorities must still give their OK.
