Burbank: We May Ban Pot

The Burbank City Council is considering a proposal that would formally prohibit all businesses involving pot, including marijuana delivery services and dispensaries. All those grow lights create a fire hazard and the cash-only aspect of some dispensaries make them robbery targets, city officials reason.
