A former “Bridezilla” who was left at the altar in a 2007 episode of the reality show turned herself in to Los Angeles County authorities on Tuesday to face charges that she lied to her doctor and submitted fraudulent documents to get workers compensation benefits she didn’t need, the Sacramento Bee reports.
