Bollywood producer Mubina Rattonsey has expanded to Hollywood by launching a Los Angeles production company.
Zero Gravity will make four to six films a year aimed at a global audience, Variety reported Thursday.
The first project will be “Wraith,” inspired by the true story of a possessed child. Principal photography will commence in October.
“From a business perspective, I see more opportunity in Hollywood today than ever before, and I have been evaluating the landscape for a number of years, contemplating the right time to branch out,” Rattonsey said. “I am excited to begin working creatively and collaboratively with new partners in Hollywood to build a diverse portfolio of projects with worldwide appeal.”
