Affordable Housing in the Mix

A ballot proposal unveiled on Wednesday would force real estate developers in Los Angeles to provide affordable housing if proposing a project larger than planning rules allow. According to the Los Angeles Times, the measure is targeted for the Nov. 8 ballot.
