Words To Describe Them: Diligent, attentive, authentic, collaborative, supportive, adaptable

From the Indispensable: “What drives me is watching our students discover that their LMU experience is shaping them in ways they didn’t expect, helping them build qualities that set them apart and defining who they’re growing into as young professionals. To me, this means creating spaces where they can explore, reflect, and connect their experience to something larger than themselves, whether that’s a career, community or sense of purpose. The true power lives in the moment that a student owns their own story and knows how to tell it. To me, that becomes everything.”
