Jackie Prophett built the medical backbone that lets Wayfinder safely serve L.A. County’s most medically complex children in foster care and residential settings. Roughly 30 years, she created nursing protocols, designed a foster-parent medical training curriculum that filled a national gap, and led a team delivering hospital-grade precision. She ensures compliance across four regulatory bodies. Her infrastructure and mentorship are what allow Wayfinder to place and care for these children safely.
