Anna Lantin leads more than 700 professionals as Southern California’s top operations leader at HDR Engineering, enabling teams to deliver work effectively and with purpose, fostering an engaged, empowered culture, and managing one of the company’s largest programs. Her work is closely tied to the communities she serves – from transit and airports to roads, drinking water systems, power infrastructure and buildings – and her teams have worked on the LINK Union Station modernization program, the North Hollywood-to-Pasadena bus rapid transit line and the High Desert Corridor intercity passenger rail project. Lantin champions collaboration with local partners, reinforcing HDR’s role as an active, inclusive contributor to the regional economy.
