Source Interlink Media on Wednesday said that it had acquired Mind Over Eye, a digital marketing and visual effects studio based in Santa Monica, for an undisclosed amount.
Source Interlink Media, which has offices in Los Angeles, is a division of Source Interlink Cos. of Bonita Springs, Fla. It plans to use Mind Over Eye brand as it goes to market as a full-service creative agency by combining its existing creative and marketing businesses with those of the acquisition, which will remain in Santa Monica.
Source Interlink Media President Chris Argentieri said in a statement: “Mind Over Eye represents an important step for SIM as we execute our strategy to provide effective marketing solutions to our clients regardless of the medium.”
Founded in 2002 by Bill Wadsworth, Andrew Dellenbach and Jack Wignot, Mind Over Eye serves large advertising agencies and Fortune 500 clients that need computer-generated imagery and other digital services for their campaigns.
