Elon Musk Announces Spacecraft Could Go Beyond Mars

SpaceX Chief Executive Elon Much announced on Twitter last week that the company’s Mars Colonial Transport spacecraft could possibly travel beyond the red planet and that meant it probably needed to be renamed, reports Ars Technica. “Maybe Ultimate Spaceship, Version 2? Mostly because it is not the ultimate and there isn’t a version 1,” wrote Musk.

Beats Electronics Lawsuit Continues

A California appeals court overturned a lower court ruling in favor of Beats Electronics, meaning the Apple-owned company, as well as Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine, must again contend with a lawsuit that claims former hedge fund manager Steven Lamar has been shortchanged royalties, reports the Hollywood Reporter. Lamar is claiming that he is owed royalties for more than just the original version of Beats headphones. He is now demanding money for derivative versions.

Riot Unveils College League of Legends Competition

Riot Games has partnered with Yahoo Sports to launch a new college e-sports competition for its wildly popular game League of Legends, reports Venture Beat. Called University League of Legends Rivalries, the event will take place over five weeks starting on Nov. 5 and will feature teams of students from North American colleges.
